1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products such as intimate apparel, swimwear, or earrings unless they are faulty.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
